With some of the footage I shot it using a tripod when the steadicam wasn't available. Therefore I used the key framing option. On each clip there are keyframable options. For example the opacity of the clip can be altered and automated throughout the duration of the clip. Therefore to add motion what I did was scale in on the clip and then keyframe the clips position. By doing so these shots didn't stand out against the other high motion clips.
